We recognize the social responsibility that we bear and comply with relevant regulations in regards to protecting individuals’ rights and privacy protection, thereby protecting all personal information that we deal with at our annual congresses or through publication of journals.

We declare that we have establish a privacy protection management system to realize the principles outlined below and, as we stay informed of the advancement of information technology, change in social demands, and change in the financial circumstances, we continuously strive to improve it.

  1. Personal information are collected, used and provided only for purposes necessary for executing business and for human resource management including hiring new personnel.  We will implement measures to not handle personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of specified use.
  2. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning privacy protection and guidelines as specified by the government of Japan in handling personal information.
  3. We will maintain appropriate safeguards to prevent leakage, loss or damage to personal information by spending management resources that reflects the financial circumstance of our society and will continuously improve the security measures to protect privacy.  In the event of failure to do so, we will address the issue immediately.
  4. We will respond appropriately to complaints or requests in a timely and faithful manner.
  5. We will regularly review and promote appropriate improvement of our privacy protection management system considering the changes in circumstances around our society.


This policy is fully disseminated to all employees and also will be made publicly available from our website and pamphlet, so that anyone can obtain this at any time.
